Pros
Good pay, great benefit package, use to be family oriented and great place to work . Management use to be thoughtful and caring of their employees.
Cons
Grew too fast and people were promoted into management positions that were not capable and deserving of those positions. Becoming the largest pharmaceutical company destroyed the family oriented caring for their employees philosophy as well as being dedicated to the employees that had been so dedicated during their career. If you got close to retirement ,that was the time they choose to lay you off.
