GSK tends to employ lovely people who are great to work with. The company has some great brands that can really help people.
Cons
There is currently a disconnect between the stated values of the company and some of the behaviours being conducted and accepted within the company. The recent poor results are causing great stress and anxiety within the organisation. Recent corruption scandals in China and elsewhere were very disappointing to see as an employee
