CONSTANT change and restructuring. Most all knowledge worker jobs are being moved off-shore or will be over the next few years. Company has lost focus on its loyal employees and many very talented people are leaving for other opportunities. Ten years ago, no one wanted to leave. The morale has become very low as employees wait for the next wave of layoffs.
