Pros
Good benefits in terms of insurance coverage and flexi work arrangements (although dependent on job scope and manager). Managers generally quite positive.
Cons
Can be quite competitive amongst different departments. Some processes can be further streamlined. Complex organizational structure and decision making can be quite slow at times, especially if it involves global stakeholders.
