Give employers lots of opportunities to grow

Most of time only deal with direct managers

Not often bothered by directors, some union locations, helpful staff when contacted

Will not try and represent on behalf of the employee for raises or compensation. Bonuses and uniforms were unheard of. They received a raise in their compensation yearly which was not shared with the employee. Lack of representation during work disputes.
