Pros

I really cannot think of any. Anything I found nice originally was then later found not true as I stayed with the company for over 3 years.

Cons

Not ethical. Was furloughed 2x within 1 year totaling about 4 months. Was promised $600 for returning to the company after the furlough and then they took that away even when we came back. Poor communication. Over the course of 2 months on furlough, was only emailed about 3x regarding updates on if I still HAD a job. They did not seem to care about their employee’s financial devastation from not working and could not even be supportive enough as to update us 1x a week when we were furloughed.

Work remotely / Great manager

Cons

Constantly changing QA policy & Metrics / Switching managers every 6 months / no life outside of work due to constant mandatory over time / no room for advancement & most managers have gotten demoted to regular customer service agents / Fast disciplinary action
