      Pros

      Grit has a very friendly culture. The managers and HR are approachable, and the Lisbon office is a great workspace. I also enjoyed the social events and weekly soccer.

      Cons

      The hiring process lacks transparency regarding unpaid vacation for contractors. Salaries are below market average for Portugal. Relocation support is minimal (no flights or housing help), yet there is a 1-year "lock-in" clause.
