1) poor salary as compared to other PSUs. 2) Long Duty hours 3) No holiday on Saturday 4) HR person handling the officers cell tend to harass (dont want to mention the name). 5) it takes at least 6 to 7 yrs or more to get next promotion (you should be lucky enough to get the promotion in 6 to 7yrs) 6) Chances of getting good marks in your annual performance report depends on your ability to please your boss otherwise you are lost 7) poor HR policies 8) one who joins GRSE forget about your career progression whatever I have written that is from an employee point of view.
