Pros
The company culture is generally nice and pretty helpful. You get a decent amount of PTO after a year.
Cons
In general, the industry is very difficult and stressful. You need a thick skin. Some owners can be super mean. As a manager, you deal with constant complaints and negativity from boards and residents. You work very hard yet the praise is almost nonexistent. Managers have evening meetings which make for some 12 to 14 hour days a few times per month. Work/life balance is challenging. It can be so draining.
