Everyone who works there except management is great!

I wish i could give a negative star rating. The restaurant would run out of something all the time i.e. kids cups, to go containers, beer, brisket…etc. The management didn’t schedule people correctly; meaning people that should be first cut was made to stay and close. If you asked who was closing they said “we will let you know”… so no one knew how long they were working. The table section map of the restaurant was drawn in pencil every day and no one would know their section until people were walking through the door. Some servers would have 6 tables while others only had 2 or 3 tables. The place has only been open for a month and they changed the menu 3 times. I was scheduled to be the first in at lunch while working a double that day; 14 straight hours. I grabbed a bite here and there from a bowl of chili in between serving my tables which I was yelled at for doing. When the management would get a complaint from a table they will not hear the servers’ side; they will just fire you. There was a lot of servers fired because there was “a complaint” and they never told the server what the complaint was and whom it came from. I could really go on but I think I only get so many characters to fit into this little box. Basically DON”T get a job here and the food is NOT the best.

Pros

As other reviews have stated, the employees are incredible. I met some absolutely lovely, intelligent, and fun people and I had a ball working alongside them. I can honestly say the same about the management as well. I experienced the restaurant in the hands of a few managers and of course when someone new comes there will be adjustments but overall I think they always handle things with grace and efficiency. It was my first job in a restaurant and I learned a lot, the other hostesses who trained me were helpful and really integrated me into this little family! I very much enjoyed my time here, it was the perfect balance of work and fun.

None! (except still no veggie burger! lol)
