Uncooperative colleagues Indecisive, unprofessional management Sexual harassment Many employees worked there for a long time, and majority of them just slack their way through. One of the senior executives actually sits there everyday without commiting and all her tasks has to be done up by her colleague/ team-mate. She refuses to learn and spread rumours, gossips during her days in the company. The management condone such behavior and needless to say, it causes unhappiness within the department. This also shortchanges the employees that work very hard in the company. Projecting unfairness in the workplace. There is also a long term problem of sexual harressmemt. However, management decides to cover it because of the personal friendship of the Ceo and the staff who commits the sexual harressment. Ceo has no foresight and direction, even cracks dirty jokes during meeting with both internal staff and external business partners. The directors under the Ceo management lacks of the ability to make firm decisions. They refuse to listen to ideas, not open to constructive suggestions. The directors are very confused as to what they need and want.
