Poor management, lack of communication, disoder

Work in nice areas people would normally not have access to.

I found this company to be unprofessional, cheap, and unsafe. -While I was with them they would make comments about each other behind each others backs and about the people in the towns we worked in. It was common place to make fun of peoples looks, gossip about what happened after work, and talk about who was hooking up with who. -They would schedule you in a way that you would get the least amount of overtime as possible, like 2 hours after working 70 hours in 7 days. Never gave a clear answer to what hours you were getting paid for. -They would make you share a room with a stranger in a hotel, share meals with everyone, and threaten to send you home on a bus if you ever disagreed with them. Sharing rooms or meals wouldn't have been so bad if they were more coordinated. It would often take 1-2 hours for people to decide where to eat and if you had to leave for anything during that time, you were out of luck. They would leave without you. -They would not enforce their safety policies. Driving while texting or talking on a cell phone while driving 30 mph over the speed limit was every trip. Highway or dirt road. They needed to get to the site and wouldn't waste anytime driving. I have worked in the consulting industry for 5 years with multiple companies and have never been with a company that left me so dissatisfied.
