      Company culture is excellent. Wonderful people to work with. Passionate user base.

      Challenging sales environment. Product is dominated by market leader. Architects are resistant to change. HQ is out of touch with US Market.

      Pros

      Innovative solutions, smart, energetic group of people, great culture. I had many friends from this company.

      Cons

      I liked it better when it was a developing, dynamic, small company, It felt more like a family. The change was unavoidable. This is not really a con, it is just a fact that happens usually with growing successful companies.

      No strategy. They only care about sales. They’ve lost sight of the customer. Leadership runs the business like it’s Netflix
