      A estrutura fabril é muito boa. Salários razoáveis. Existe certa estabilidade para os funcionários. Os horários de trabalho são seguidos normalmente.

      Cons

      Pouquíssima autonomia aos funcionários. Muita burocracia na resolução dos assuntos. Benefícios são ruins. Clima organizacional muito pesado.
