Pros

Some really great team members

Cons

There are too many to list, but I'll keep it short and professional. - COO is the worst person you'll ever meet in life. She lies/covers up facts to the CIO, CEO, staff, and clients. - CIO is hiding behind glass doors with blinders on - Management is completely incompetent and has no idea how to run a business - Incompetent staff get rewarded while others who are over qualified and work above and beyond get thrown under the bus - The so-called "rockstars" are friends of the COO and CEO or were referred by friends, and are far from rockstars - Speaking the truth gets you in trouble - Unrealistic job expectations - Pay is well below industry standards, especially when you consider the amount of work they expect you to do - Despite of the repetitive use of the word "culture," there is none! - No work/life balance - All of the good reviews were either written by management or by staff who were advised to write a positive review If you are considering working here, stop thinking and run fast and far away!!

Pros

A few nice people Annual bonus

Cons

My experience at GQG was overwhelmingly negative. While there were occasional bright spots, they were eclipsed by a culture marked by entitlement, resistance to change, and poor leadership. Constructive ideas were routinely dismissed, and communication from management was inconsistent and unreliable. The organizational culture felt hollow, with little cohesion beyond a sporadic internal newsletter. The executive team, particularly at the highest levels, exhibited troubling behavior that contributed to a tense and unwelcoming environment. There appeared to be an unusual dynamic surrounding one of the founders, which created a climate of discomfort and apprehension. Interpersonal interactions were often strained with some employees displaying a lack of basic courtesy. Leadership across departments seemed misaligned and ineffective raising questions about how certain roles were filled. The workplace atmosphere included passive-aggressive behavior, emotional manipulation, and a lack of transparency around major decisions. Reviews that rate the company poorly reflect an accurate picture of the broader experience. The long commute and overall environment made it a deeply unsatisfying place to work. Leaving the organization brought a sense of relief.
