GPE is an excellent company that truly values its employees. The work environment is supportive, and the leadership team is approachable and encouraging. There are plenty of opportunities for learning, growth, and professional development. Collaboration and innovation are highly encouraged, and the company culture makes it a pleasure to come to work every day. Overall, GPE is a fantastic place to grow your career and be part of a team that genuinely cares about its people.
Cons
Honestly, it’s hard to find any, like any organisation, there’s always room to grow, but the company actively listens and adapts. Being a smaller company maybe harder to grow

Thank you for taking the time to pass on your feedback about your experience of working for GPE, it is valuable for us to hear your views and we are pleased that you have had a positive experience.
There are regular events on site and staff training is available, which on the surface makes it look like a great place to work.
Cons
Without doubt, the worst management experience of my career. The culture is deeply toxic - long-tenured employees will do anything to protect their positions, including sabotaging colleagues and shifting blame onto others to make their own teams look good.
There is no real career progression. Everyone pretends to be one big happy family, but the reality behind closed doors is very different. I was personally sabotaged in my role.
