Pay is ok but not the best

Poor Warehouse Management and Micromanaging at all times. Manager will share your private conversations with other coworkers causing animosity among them. No annual reviews, HR is literally the owner’s wife, she does not care about anything that goes on. They don’t cover any health insurance

None, there is no room to grow

All of it. No chances to grow. Insurance is garbage.
