Pros

Previous competitive advantages are diminishing. There is a notable lack of sustainable 'pros' as the core value proposition for employees continues to erode under the current leadership's direction.

Cons

What was once a community-oriented organization has unfortunately transitioned into a profit-driven environment with a declining internal culture. Since the initial shifts in 2022, there has been a persistent disconnect between executive promises and operational reality. Given that the leadership remains unchanged four years later, the cycle of employee displacement and top-heavy gain appears likely to continue.

Pros

Clean work environment that is pleasant and not loud. Temperature controlled on GPM side of Wooster facility.

Cons

From leadership up there is nobody available to assist and intervene when there are serious concerns. Micromanagement is a serious problem and core values are thrown at employees, but not followed by supervisors, or managers. If your the nail that sticks out and challenges poor supervision, you’ll get hammered. That’s the best advice I’ve heard. Going to HR is futile and will only cause retaliation. They claim zero tolerance and “investigate,” but only collect one side of the complaint. Core values are demonstrated via a child’s colorful ring toy. Supervisors monitor employees by multiple cameras in the facility. No concern for creating less scrap and no plan for a more green approach. HR will call you a liar in the most professional way if you raise concerns over inept supervision and leadership, then wonder why problems persist. Remove the actual problem and toxicity is resolved.
