Business is great with lots of recruiting going on. Hard to find employees with the current job market.

Flexible scheduling, never having to do the same thing, working with a variety of different companies and therefore getting a vast amount of experience, and genuinely liking who you work with.

As with all HR jobs you can deal with a lot of the "negatives" of people- but you can commiserate with your team and share the burden.
