Pros
Great team Atmosphere with fellow employees , but management is awful and the higher you climb the worse it becomes for you! No support , set you up to fail !
Cons
Management is the key and the ones who stay burn out , or run out because they have no life ! Highly competitive to move up but no team it’s all About the numbers and the general Manager and upper Mgt get all the rewards ! Loads of sexual harassment within this company it’s a huge problem
