GM2 treats their employees very well with good benefits.

There is a lot traveling than can be involved.

Very supportive of the civil and bridge sectors. Supportive of work from home/ remote.

They will fire you if you don't have enough work. There is a ratio system of billable hours to total hours worked. If it falls below 40% for too long, they will let you go regardless of tenure or experience. There seems to be cash flow issues quarterly. Very poor communication. No career growth unless you get your PE.
