I have been working at Dicom for 5 years now and my manager has always treated me with respect and allows me to do my work with a lot of autonomy. The company is growing rapidly and many opportunities for growth are available. Many of the managers started on the dock and have grown within the organisation. The president is very down to earth and interacts with us on a regular basis. We have a great cafeteria at the head office and numerous perks that go along with it.
