Very rewarding job. It's a job where I can educate and help people to save at the same time. The software and training is second to none compared to what the competition has to offer. Over the last four years with GLP the company is always trying to be a step ahead with the latest technology and tools to help you be more successful as a agent. Even though I am part of company I feel like I am running my own business. Everyday is different with the firm I am meeting new people and have access to many leads that the company has provided me. GLP rewards its agents on merit and hard work not seniority! They honestly recognize the agents who are working hard daily to build their business. It is a job that I enjoy doing everyday and feel rewarded for my hard work. I have worked with a few corporations this is the best job I have ever had! All the management with the company have worked their way from the bottom up. Each manager has been an agent at one time in their career. They take care of their people! The company has a vision to keep growing with a much opportunity ahead.
