Flexible environment, but expect later hours - Spray Tanner GLOWOUT Employee Review

Flexible hours, hourly pay is not bad compared to other salons, customers are nice and tip well, owner is very nice and caring - very laid back and lets us make a lot of executive decisions with our scheduling and such. I have found her to be relatable, easy to talk to, supportive and down to earth.

Not super duper busy all the time but really not much else.

location is right off the blue line

This was by far the worst and least professional experience I have had with an employer. I was being manipulated, dodged, and then silenced after asking a simple question that related to money that was fronted when I started working there. The founder has involved her partner in the business and mixing personal relationships with business is set out for disaster. The founder always preaches women empowerment but in reality is acting the complete opposite. I would never recommend anyone to work here unless you like a toxic work environment and being on egg shells every shift you pick up or are scheduled for.
