Love this company - Markreting Manager GLOW Employee Review

I've been with GLOW for close to a year and it's been a great experience. Truly unsure where the negativity is coming from. Most people are smart and hard-working and the ones who aren't are weeded out quickly and given an opportunity to improve before they are let go. They've recently hired department heads who seem to care and are working on improving the experience for their direct reports. Leadership is accessible and kind.

Like any agency, the ebb and flow can be difficult when you go from swamped to light over the course of a month. During heavy periods, it can feel overwhelming to keep up with your work and ensure it's all finished. Sometimes you will feel like you are on too many projects at once and it can be hard to juggle everything.

You will learn a lot.
