-some department have nicer sv and some dont, and other department can study more and travel meanwhile others department need to stay 24 at office doing report -monthly event 5s -birthday celebration -travelling

-micro management -boss always mad toward simplest things -doing unnecessary things even though it not on your job scope (driving boss everywhere, buying fishes, going to bank to sent the cheque, doing invoice, PO and DO, call customers) -dont have increment -boss are biased towards new staff, and only love old staff and pretty staff

nothing to say just came and worked like usual.

No career development, bias, micromanaging, doing work that is not stated in your job description(i.e. buying food fish, despatching, clean office aka 5s, collecting cheques, etc), Your life just waste on highway for free and no life insurance or medical insurance for that. not saying all colleagues not good but if you had to deal with the 'not good' one just good luck with your life. Nonsense rule if you want to go home need to ask permission if bos in the office. need to explain whyyy you want AL. So much to write just join here and see yourself laa.
