Pros
I think that one of the greatest pros is that in this corporate temple, called GLG, you can learn about ways to worship a mighty metric-god, called XYZ, for the sake of confidentiality. During the 2.5 weeks of worshipping training, you can get well indoctrinated that feeding enough numbers to XYZ (and also its sub-metrics) is the most important activity in the temple and beyond in afterlife. Besides getting to study this lovely corporate religion, you can also get exposure to high-ranking Vice Parsons and Team Priests of the GLG church if you, for any reason, fall short of the commandments. As this is sacrilege, they will show you the benefits of the use of intimidation and existential fear, in the most sanctimonious ways, as means of motivation in the GLG church for achieving weekly sacrifices. You will be happy and motivated to come to worship every day of the week, including bank holidays, which goes without saying.
Cons
While the XYZ and its compound metrics prevail as Gods, the church seems to have begun to recognize the need of making the religion a tiny bit more humane and more appealing to potential and current GLGers, but in vain, since many have still been turning away from it, impeding a shift to worshipping different Gods, which is hoped to bring joy in working here. On a more serious note, if you want to learn about (t)ruthless US corporate culture, go no further, you will get a good taste at GLG.
