      Pros

      Company has some nice perks, but those do not make up for the chaotic environment.

      Cons

      Lack of visions and leadership. Very poor soft skills training for less experienced employees. There is not strategic vision for the future, seems to be everyman for himself. Senior leadership is full of massive egos more concerned about their own job security than growing the company. Complete lack of innovation and technology. Our service delivery is really beginning to fall apart.

      Amazing people - lots of reviews say that because it's true. You'll work with smart, genuine, hard working humans. Good benefits and perks. Interesting events and opportunities to learn. Overall, a good place to start your career!

      Very fast-paced environment which definitely isn't for everyone. Lots of necessary change.

      Horrible work life balance. Zero company culture. Few career growth opportunities. This role is soon to be fully replaced by AI.
