Pros

Fast-paced, rapidly-growing company. A perfect place to hone your skills and to see the immediate results of your work. A place where you always feel encouraged to get better at your craft. A great place to grow fast and learn knowledge as you apply it.

Cons

If you don't like fast-paced startups, don't work here.

Pros

Nice office. They bought us dinner once.

Cons

Compiled their team of interns only and required them to work full time. Passed on responsibilities without talking to the first person who had them in front of the entire team. Use young women who don't know their worth for cheap employees. Break Swedish marketing laws by posting ads from fake accounts to make it seem as if they've been chosen as "best in test". Base their goals and numbers on absolute nonsense with no research to base them. Demanded the team work on their personal computers, and when said computers were stolen during work time (from interns who were students most of them without any other income) they didn't want to compensate us for them, and when they did they still deducted it from our salaries and replaced not even half of what the computers were worth. They lied to their interns about future career aspects and then asked for their help to find new interns to replace them when the contracts were running out. Didn't allow for WFH despite everything about our job being digital because then they "couldn't monitor our progress", until the manager wanted to get out of town, then it was suddenly doable. Base their marketing around wanting women to feel beautiful and strong, but neglect and mistreat their young, female staff.
