- Engineers try to keep up to date with best practices. - A lot of team autonomy on how to solve problems - Not a lot of pressure to adhere to deadlines

- A lot of small autonomous teams, but not a lot of whole team collaboration often makes things more difficult than they need to be. - A lot of poor legacy code which we are still paying for. - A lot of decisions made by single more senior engineers or architects that have turned out to be bad solutions and wasted years of time. - Poor line management. Its fine in general, but don't expect much interactivity with your annual goals or have many 1-1 meetings. - Is starting to go downhill very quickly since being acquired by a US Education company.
