Long work hours, micromanagers. Partners underbill work so they can win it, which forces people to eat hours. If you go over the budget they will blame it on you that you weren’t efficient. If you don’t bill hours and stay on budget you will be under utilized. Look elsewhere please as management doesn’t seem to care
