Pros
Salary is very competitive and benefits were good but they won’t last after company separates from Alphabet.
Cons
Regional leadership is toxic. She is unfit for the role. Each branch of the company works against each other. Sales makes promises they can’t keep. Tech ops don’t deliver. SM’s suffer when penetration is low due to bulk agreements with competing ISP’s. The whole company is a dumpster fire at the moment.
