      Gannett has a great work life balance and all of the managers are extremely flexible and understanding with people’s personal lives and schedules

      Great location downtown. Social events are numerous. Staff is friendly. T

      Cons

      Transition after recent merger has been bumpy. Work is inconsistent. There is a clear hierarchy between the production staff and the leadership. Not a lot of communication.
