      Pros

      Great energy in the company, a lot of good young people to work with. Good work life balance. With MEP, structural and Architectural, all under one company, it allows for a very cooperative work environment.

      Cons

      This can get busy at times, with multiple projects happening at once.

      Great location downtown. Social events are numerous. Staff is friendly. T

      Cons

      Transition after recent merger has been bumpy. Work is inconsistent. There is a clear hierarchy between the production staff and the leadership. Not a lot of communication.
