      Pros

      Cant think of any and so would never recommend. Maybe I was unlucky with a bad team.

      Cons

      Awful place to work, no motivation amongst employees, no teamwork, cut throat. I have worked at 3 institutions previously and had positive experiences but this place was depressing.

      They don’t like the hybrid work model but your manager can be more flexible.

      Pros

      Flexible. Fast onboarding although the support is minimal after the initial hiring process and onboarding.

      Cons

      Minimal support. Pressure to perform a certain metric with little training.
