      Pros

      There are some good people who work there.

      Cons

      Poor team leader, temperamental. Poor department manager, multiple attempts made by the team to have meetings to discuss issues and they were left ignored. Extremely high turnover of staff. False promises in regards to training and additional help.

      - great team - lots of responsibility if you prove yourself

      Cons

      - long hours - no hybrid working at the time - 30 minute for lunch - sometimes difficult to take lunches
