Mixed impressions with outdated tools and hiring concerns - Anonymous employee GEP Employee Review

My impression of GEP is mixed and there are some concerns regarding its working environment. Some of the applications and internal tools appear to be based on older technologies, which can make them feel outdated compared to current industry standards. In addition, the hiring process can feel quite subjective, and candidates may perceive that personal fit or alignment with a manager’s expectations plays a significant role in selection, beyond technical experience alone. This can make the process feel inconsistent or unclear for applicants.
