The company is growing rapidly, there have been a lot of changes, some good some bad.

The health benefits are pretty solid for the time being and they have free snacks if you go in.

There are probably too many to mention. The new leadership has cut a lot of benefits. We used to have fully company paid health insurance and deductible. We used to be able to take negative PTO and unpaid time off. The previous leadership were all experts in their fields and experts on that subject matter. The company spun up for a contract that they thought they were going to get and never did and thus had to do two round of layoffs in one year. You also have to grind so hard and scrape by in order to I get any sort of promotion unless you are one of the chosen few leadership likes. I could go on for hours but in summary this place is not worth it. Find employment elsewhere.
