Hybrid work schedule ability to work a day or two from home
Cons
Realized that the nepotism starts from upper management and trickles down to the supervisor. Sad. Allow family to work in the same office and provide more help to family member than to the staff. Upper management likes to hire “their kind” as I realized many of the staff are the same background as the operations manager.
