Pros
good pay, can advance career, lots of training, great benefits, professional, law-abiding, concerned with "doing the right thing" which is something you don't see much of anymore and I appreciate that. I had no experience with insurance or in a call center before but they teach you everything you need to know in order to be successful. I was wary of working on the phones full-time but it's really not an issue-- you get to talk to lots of new people every day and help them without leaving stressed at the end of the day.

you work hard but it makes the day go by quickly
