Challeging work, specially during the quarentine times. Wonderful support from superiors. Nice, cozy environment to work in.
Cons
Management doesn't keep up with the market's changes and the new tendencies, whether regarding remote working or salaries and benefits. Top management took some risky decisions over the years, which seems not to have been of a benefict to the company, affecting all the employees and the company's capacity to keep up with the market tendencies. As a result, it was recently sold to CEVA.
