Pros
Very structured and organized. Disciplined approach to product development and roll-out. Very effective systems and procedures outside of Engineering keep the business running efficiently.
Cons
Company serves a niche market and is subject to downturns in that particular sector. This was most evident in the last/current recession which was lead by the housing sector. Capital equipment is the first thing customers stopped buying and the last thing they resume when conditions improve.
