      it's not a bad place for first job, but don't stay too long. work life balance, not much OT

      Cons

      not much to learn other than copy design sales driven company where engineering has no say stuff aren't fully tested before selling

      Dysfunctional management, lack of concern for procedures, management is not communicative, feel like a number outside of the co workers
