      Pros

      Great culture and growth opportunities with lots of mentoring and investment in training. Great projects to work on that fly for decades. Lots of knowledge and experience to learn from. Great place to build an aerospace propulsion career.

      Cons

      Constant re-org, too much corporate culture which gets in the way of true engineering. Too much emphasis on supply chain and their leaders. Lay-offs seem to be the answer to every financial situation irrespective of industry situation and business position. HR is bogus. Quite a few people are hot headed/strong opinionated which gets annoying after a while

      Permissive PTO, Great benefits, Great management. Flex Hours

      Cons

      To big for its own bridges. Grew to fast and cut the little guy like me.

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
