      - If you are looking for a place to do an intership or start your career GE has very good opportunities. - Salary is competitive to what other companies offer for the same roles - Dedicated campus with gym, cafeteria and common areas

      Cons

      - Work tends to become a bit repetitive over time - It's a huge company so there's a lot of corporate stuff going on - Depending on your area there could be a bit of micromanagement

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
