      Pros

      This is a fast-paced performance-based company that is looking to grow and cement itself at the top of the event space. If you put in the work, there are great rewards and compensation with highly competitive OTE that can help you progress your position in life. There are plenty of opportunities to progress in the company, with my own journey taking me through several different roles/departments helping me build great experience.

      Cons

      You really have to put the work in to be successful, you can not just cruise and see the results or expect to succeed. Some sort of flexible working would be helpful at times.
