This company is run like game of thrones. Spencer the founder is the head of the iron throne and he's got about 3-4 "sons" that have been in the company for most of their adult lives. He keeps them close through intense pressure and will promote and demote based on office sales. It's sad. It's all they know and they feel like they owe everything to Spencer who in turn has complete control over the entire company. Extremely flat org structure in which sh** truly roles downhill. There's one decision makers and it's Spencer everyone else is a dignified soldier.
