- There is generous commission structure

Cons

- No support from managers and only sales tool provided is Sales Nav - Micromanagement, they have you call and email at specific hours of the day - No flexibility when it comes to personal needs outside of work, either in office or have to take a PTO day - Business model is smoke and mirrors

Thank you for your review and it is disappointing to hear that you do not feel there is support from managers or tools. At GDS we have recently recruited a Sales Trainer, based from the NYC office, to ensure there is development and support on tap for all our people. We also invest heavily in tools and resources to support our teams to excel. We do structure the working day, but this framework is set up to support our people to achieve.
