      Pros

      -Long and comprehensive training. -Higher than industry standard base pay + uncapped commission. -Nice office in Manhattan w/ amenities. -Solid team of multi-background peers and intelligent management.

      Cons

      -Smaller team in NY, compared in Bristol HQ means the overall budget is occasionally limiting. -Rise and grind mentality, but there is an emphasis on taking mandatory breaks.

      Good pay, competitive, fun people

      Cons

      They need to lower the price if they ever want to regain what they lost over the past year. It shows in the repeat business. GDS has become just another events company to most. The reputation has been destroyed.
