Pros

If you're a passionate, money driven, and a hard worker the possibilities at GDS are endless. But just like the headline says, you need to commit. Straight out the gate they'll give you everything you need to be successful - but you have to want it. Off the top of my head here are a few points that stand out to me when thinking about the pros. -People / Culture / Office Atmosphere -Benefits + Compensation -Location of Office

Cons

I don't want to sugar coat anything here, but the cons are usually written by past employees who weren't ready to commit to themselves and the opportunity they had in front of them. Listen, if sales was easy literally everyone in the world would be doing it. I've worked at sales organizations before and I've been at GDS Group for little over 6 months. Below are a few points when it comes to the cons. - small work from home flexibility -PTO / sick days are minimal within the first 3-6 months
